If you order before 5:30 pm ET, your order ships the same day. We do not have our own delivery service, we use third-party companies that will deliver your package.
The shipping options and costs will be reflected at the time of your purchase. When making your purchase, you will receive an email with the information of your order and the tracking number of your package.

At Vasalsuper.store, our goal is to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We will accept returns as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, in optimal condition within 15 days from the invoice date. We cannot accept returns when the item has been opened or used unless it is damaged or defective. Cancellation charges before shipment can be canceled and 100% purchase returned, if the product has already generated a shipping guide, it cannot be canceled because the package is in the traffic zone to be shipped.
We provide free return shipping if we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Otherwise, a return shipping fee will apply (in addition, a refund of the product price will be credited that does not include the initial shipping charge). If the product was violated its warranty seal, we cannot apply any refund. We do not refund shipping costs if you refuse to accept shipped packages.
Any package that is rejected or undelivered due to insufficient address is also subject to a refund less shipping.
If the package has already been marked by FEDEX or USPS as DELIVERED and you have not received it, we ask that you contact the companies who delivered the package to request clarification. In this case we do not make returns if we do not have the FedEx or USPS action of the status of your package. Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving your return, we will also confirm the refund by email.
For any product that is damaged or defective, please have the following information ready:
- Your order number
- The damaged or defective item
- Your preference for refund or replacement

Once we have the product, the received status of the product will be evaluated, if the product has return policies, we will proceed to make the return.
